VILLAGE
BY THE GULF
Village By The
Gulf is located on West Beach, 1 1/2 miles from the intersection
of Highway 59 and Highway 182. Village is a small condominium complex
consisting of Twenty, two and three bedroom, two bath units. The
condo is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. On site
there is an outdoor swimming pool, covered pavilion with bar-b-q
grill, minature golf and playground, shuffleboard court, basketball goal and a small
playground for the children. Equipment for all of these activities
can be checked out at the office. Bicycles are also available for
check out.
Each unit has
a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and vcr. The three bedrooms
have a king size bed in the master, two twins in the second and
a trundle bed in the third. The two bedrooms have a king size in
the master bedroom, two twins in the second and a queen size sleeper
sofa. All units have a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including
children). All units have two bathrooms and outside sitting area.

PARADISE
ISLE RESORT
Paradise Isle
is located on West Beach at the corner of Windmill Ridge Road and
Highway 182. Paradise Isle consists of thirty four, one and two
bedroom units. The condos sleep from four to six people. The complex
is located across the street from public access to the beach. The
access has a brand new Bath House for your convenience. On site
there is one large swimming pool and a hot tub. Numerous grills are
located around the property. Each unit has a full kitchen. Laundry
facilities are located on site.
Paradise Isle
is within easy walking distance of the main public beach. Many restaurants,
shops and an amusement park is located in this area. You can walk
across the street to Bahamas Bob's for a great meal or to sip a
cocktail on their outside deck
