DEPOSITS |
A
deposit of $150.00 plus a non-refundable $25.00 processing fee is
required to secure your reservation. The deposit may be paid by
Visa or MasterCard at the time of booking. The deposit will apply
to the rent at check-in. A written confirmation will be mailed to
you. Please read carefully and contact us immediately if any of
the information is incorrect. |

CANCEL |
Cancellations
must be made 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. A $25.00
processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. If reservation
is canceled less than 30 days, a refund will be made only if the
unit is re-rented for the same amount of time. |

|
EARLY
DEPARTURE |
We
are sorry that we cannot make refunds for early departure of guests. |
|
|
| CHECK-IN |
| Check-in begins
at 2:00 p.m. Due to the large number of check-outs and our commitment
to cleanliness, your unit may not be ready by 2:00 p.m. We ask for
your cooperation in making alternate plans. You are welcome to lounge
at the pool, shop for your groceries or perhaps have a nice lunch
while we ready your unit. |

| PAYMENT |
| Full payment
of rent is due upon check-in. There is a lodging tax of 11% and a
departure housekeeping charge. You are responsible for leaving the
unit in good repair, removing the garbage and washing the dishes.
Additional charges will be imposed if the check-out procedures are
not followed. |

| KEYS |
| Two sets of keys
will be issued upon payment of rent. If you become locked out of your
accommodations after hours, you will be charged a $25.00 fee. There
will be a charge for lost keys. |

|
| OCCUPANCY |
| Occupancy is
limited to actual sleeping capacity (including children). No unit
will be rented to persons under 25 years of age who are not accompanied
by a parent. Parents must be actually staying in the unit with the
child the entire length of the reservation. Persons under 25 years
of age will not be allowed to register. Any reservations obtained
under false pretenses may be subject to loss of deposit and rent. |

| SUPPLIES |
| Linens and towels
are provided in all units, however there is no towel exchange during
the week. Initial paper products and soap are also provided. You must
purchase additional supplies. All kitchens are fully equipped. |

|
| PARKING |
| You will be issued
two parking passes per unit. Boats, trailer, jet skis, or motor homes
are not allowed on the property. |
| |
|
| PETS |
| Sorry, we are
pet lovers, but no pets are allowed in rental units. |
| |
|
| CHECK-OUT |
| Check-out time
is 10:00 a.m. Keys must be returned to the office. If you check-out
late, you will be billed for an extra day. |
